Materials
The quality of a sofa is a subset of 4 components:
First and foremost the frame usually wooden, the springs, the cushioning and finally the leather covering
For strength, durability and price we use a mix of kiln dried hardwood and heavy multi stranded plywood.
The springs we use are heavy-gauge steel springs heat formed into continuous "S" shapes. The springs are individually tied from front to back, to provide a high level of quality, comfort and durability.
Our cushions are made of a high-density foam core wrapped in either soft polyester in turn preventing it from sagging.
We use all Italian luxury Aniline imported leather since leather is a natural, durable material that is easy to care for. Leather will soften and improve with time if it is properly cared for.
We use full-grain hides that are tanned, processed and dyed to give the color and or look we are seeking.
